Update NeedsOrg workflow doc for clarity including use of SFDC app in ZD

Why is this change being made?

The NeedsOrg workflow has changed quite significantly with the introduction of the SFDC App in ZD.

This update to the workflow is to ensure there is more clarity around the appropriate usage of the app.
