Update Community Relations Zaps documentation with missing zaps and tools involved

Why is this change being made?

This MR documents the currently enabled Zaps in the Community Relations folder in Zapier, a few were missing. It also adds a column to the table listing the involved tools. This allows everyone to understand the Zap workflow purpose without requiring a login to Zapier.
