Taking inspiration from the Bolt playbook to expand on ideas already in the Gitlab Handbook

Collette Short requested to merge cshorty-master-patch-94993 into master

Why is this change being made?

The Bolt playbook has some guidelines that work well with the GitLab handbook. Taking inspiration from the Bolt playbook, this MR is adding the following to the Gitlab Handbook:

  1. Adding about showing up to do our best work
  2. Actively learning from our mistakes
  3. Freedom and responsibility to do their projects and see through to the end
  4. adopting a founder mentality to solve problems and what it means to own a task
  5. highlighting the benefits of seeking unique backgrounds
  6. Making the best decisions for the company and a conscious culture
