Add Developer Evangelism Mentoring and Coaching handbook page
Why is this change being made?
After a career development coffee chat with a wider community member this week, we decided to move on with regular chats, becoming a mentorship. Mentoring and coaching are not yet documented in the Developer Evangelism handbook - I have found some tips and tricks for myself, as well as general tools, workflows and frameworks to verify learning and success.
This MR is the first draft to create the page and fill it with content and ideas. cc @abuango
