Adding Regular Performance Indicators for Community Relations
Why is this change being made?
After discussing OKRs and KPIs in my 1:1 with my manager, @johncoghlan, I'm drafting some Regular Performance Indicators for the platforms managed by the Community Relations team. Having these indicators will help track and prioritize work for my job family:
- GitLab Community Forum Likes Per Quarter
- GitLab Subreddit Unique Page Views Per Quarter
- Community Relations Karma on HackerNews
- Stack Overflow GitLab Collective Engagement Per Quarter
