Add CEO Tweet Storm examples to CEO Shadow handbook
Why is this change being made?
The CEO shadow handbook explains how to create a tweet storm for the CEO. This MR adds an example tweet storm, including the Twitter URL and document source. There are potentially more tweet storms to document in the future.
In addition to documenting the tweet storm examples as future reference, they are also the SSoT for linking them in community discussions. The server runtime and remote development environments Twitter thread is a great resource, shared again recently in https://twitter.com/dnsmichi/status/1545506274284273664 - having the URL in the handbook avoids searching Twitter.
