Why is this change being made?
When I was reviewing the release post, this issue was somewhat unclear to me. After doing more research, I edited the description to attempt to better explain the change, and to focus the title on the product area where users can see the change. (When it's on a page with many other posts, it can be harder to determine what the change is for.)

Please work with internal communications and check the handbook for examples.
