Update links to removed dupe of FE guide
Why is this change being made?
Combine new_fe_guide with regular fe_guide (gitlab-org/gitlab!94282 - merged) combines the two frontend guides available in the gitlab
repo, and this merge request updates the links to point to the correct version of these pages.
With one exception: @timzallmann's profile. It's to one of the pages that doesn't have a direct cognate, and I'm hesitant to get into the business of editing other team members' profiles.
