Add Thought Leadership Efficiency tips to Developer Evangelism handbook
Why is this change being made?
I shared the ideas with repurposing my newsletter content into social buffer queues with @johncoghlan in our 1:1 this week, and later we also discussed thought leadership strategies with @abuango. This MR is the first iteration of documenting thought leadership efficiency tips for our team in the social media handbook. In later iterations, we can create a dedicated thought leadership handbook page.
