Change travel upgrade height to 95 percentile of human male height in travel FAQ handbook

Michael Friedrich requested to merge handbook-travel-upgrade-95-percentile into master

Why is this change being made?

The 95th percentile of human male height defines a less arbitrary number than 1.95cm / 6.5ft for the height in travel upgrades. https://ourworldindata.org/human-height#height-is-normally-distributed

This MR changes the wording in the travel upgrade FAQ. This is a follow-up from re-adding the height upgrade for travel in Re-add height taller than 1.95m / 6.5ft and lon... (!109946 - merged)

Note for not-matching-exactly

Since there always is a possibility that a given height requirement does not match, or creates unsafe feelings during a flight, I have also added a note in 7d4d62a5 saying

If your height does not match the exact cm/inch requirement, and you feel unsafe to travel, review upgrade options with [spending company money like it is your own](/handbook/spending-company-money/#guidelines) in mind and discuss with your manager.

We can change/amend this proposal. cc @marshall007 @sytses
