Explain the use of the key take-away box in Greenhouse

Why is this change being made?

We discussed this in the Quality Hiring bi-weekly (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MdlvzUUJ0A9wjH6YviIv_tonxOH32jIUGzJdzY2XfJ4/edit#). We prefer not to have a link to a Google Doc and have as much context as possible available in the scorecards for Hiring Managers & Recruiters to see. This makes Greenhouse the SSOT of this candidate and will allow for a higher efficiency towards interviewing candidates.
