Add CODEOWNERS/approvers for Integrated and Field Marketing handbook
Why is this change being made?
The current handbook pages in /marketing/integrated-marketing and /marketing/field-marketing inherit the ownership from /handbook/marketing that is Ashley, and does not show the DRIs who can be assigned for MRs to review and approve.
This MR updates the .gitlab/CODEOWNERS file to add
- @cmaynard1 for /marketing/integrated-marketing
- @lblanchard @cmaynard1 for /marketing/field-marketing
and make it easier to assign DRIs to review handbook update MRs.
This is a boring solution as MVC, not blocking the restructure discussion in #13991 (closed)
