Remove Package weekly sync meeting
Why is this change being made?
Hey folks! To bring more peace and love into our team, I want to boost collaboration and engagement on things going on around team products, processes, and people. One of the tools for that is the biweekly sync meetings (one week EMEA and next one APAC). So far, we have tried to get simply meet regularly and discuss whatever people bring, but this does not work very well as we do not have enough content to dissect, so I think we should remove this meeting.
So I would like to ask if you have maybe some ideas/opinions:
- is there anything you would like to see during these meetings?
- are there maybe any other ways we could increase that engagement and collaboration?
- how do those meetings match or not with the async updates I create?
