Add Documentation For Kibana QA Correlation Dashboards

Why is this change being made?

This MR:

• Adds documentation describing our new QA Correlation Dashboards in Kibana, which was added in gitlab-org/gitlab!106864 (merged)
• Adds Preprod to the list of supported Kibana environments, which was added in gitlab-org/gitlab!104769 (merged)
• Updates the links to Sentry and Kibana in the "Notes" column of the table to point to their respective handbook pages to help provide additional context, since the links to the Sentry and Kibana instances for each environment are already listed in the "Log or artifact" column

Closes gitlab-org/quality/quality-engineering/team-tasks#1584 (closed)
