Update image location in Community Apps campaign manager handbook

Why is this change being made?

The images for handbook pages need to be put into source/images/handbook/ and the underlying handbook tree, and are not allowed in the handbook site itself, following https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/markdown-guide/#images

This MR fixes the problem with the relative image paths explained in !117607 (comment 1234376745) and moves the images into their location, and updates the URLs in the handbook page.
