Add note clarifying Customer approval of User's 2FA removal when 2FA Verfication template is used

Why is this change being made?

There is not a section explaining that 2FA Verification template has a User confirmation included for the customer. This can be puzzling if not clarified as we mention elsewhere that the User must verify the request. Specifically in the case of a 2FA Verification template it is the Customer's imperative to confirm with the User having 2FA removed.
