Slight edit to Acceptable Use and Security Requirements of Computing Resources at GitLab language

Why is this change being made?

Slight language edit to note the possibility of an exception to 'limited personal use' of equipment by team members being acceptable, where there's a conflicting statement in an individual employment contract.
