FAQ addition for customers seeing free user limits notifications
Why is this change being made?
Adding two FAQ items to address current customer (paying and community program) feedback regarding seeing free user limit notifications even though they have paid subscriptions or are part of community programs that grant paid access. These customers may have groups outside of their top-level namespace that their subscription is associated with and will need to move these groups into their top-level namespace to avoid free user limit enforcement.
Also adding a line and documentation link for moving personal projects to groups in an existing FAQ item.
