Clearer terms regarding Product Leadership and Product Leadership Team

Why is this change being made?

This section of the Product Leadership page in the handbook is difficult to understand:

Proposed changes

• Change h2 from Product Leaders to Product Leaders and Directors
• Add an h3 header and section for the @gl-product-leadership tier
• Revise the "Product Leadership Team" header to refer to this tier as "Product Directorship"
• Change @gl-product-plt to @gl-product-directorship
• Change h2 "General Product Organizational Structure" to "Product Organization" (not seen in screenshot)

• The following are members of -leadership and not -plt
