Update Certify Direction Page for Pilot and January Update

Why is this change being made?

Related to Pilot new category direction page template (Product#5396 - closed). The Dev Section is piloting the template to gather feedback and further iterate before rolling out to the entire product organization.

Also utilizing to complete monthly direction page update as asked in Dev Section Direction Updates : January (Product#5334 - closed).

Author Checklist
