Add profile pic for mgenelinatgitlab

This adds a profile picture for @mgenelinatgitlab to the company's team members directory.

Why? I am in a customer-facing role. Having a consistent profile picture between slack, GitLab and our team's page instills confidence in our customers that they are working with the real matt genelin.
