Why is this change being made?
There is a growing misconception that this Big Rock is focused on training the CSMs to be less focused on product questions/adoption and more focused on executive-level conversations around growth and risk mitigation. This MR seeks to clarify that our mandates as CSMs will always be successful product adoption in line with a customer's business objectives
