Suggestions for feedback for updated process in Process Change Feedback and Evaluation: STARs f... (gitlab-com/support/support-team-meta#4847 - closed)

  • Mention where to reach out to managers. (#spt_managers)
  • Mention how to reach out. (Tag them in the message)
    • Move the the point about avoid messages with no DRI as a subpoint to point (1), as that's what it's related to.
  • Provide the Support Manager On-call as a suggestion on who to contact.
