Cleanup workflow labels and add example for epic automation

Why is this change being made?

We used to have some guidelines for epics that were removed at some point (probably in one of the squad cleanups) !115527 (diffs)

This adds it back to our issue page and also creates a single table for workflow labels with decriptions, that are used for both issues and epics.
