Remove old vs pages and redirect to /competition pages

Why is this change being made?

Remove Bitbucket yml content and create redirect /devops-tools/bitbucket-vs-gitlab/ → /competition/bitbucket/

Remove Jira yml content and create redirect /devops-tools/jira-vs-gitlab/ → /competition/atlassian/

Remove CircleCI yml content and create redirect /devops-tools/circle-ci-vs-gitlab/ → /competition/circleci/

Remove GitLab yml content and create redirect /devops-tools/github-vs-gitlab/ → /competition/github/

Remove JFrog yml content and create redirect /devops-tools/jfrog-vs-gitlab/ → /competition/jfrog/
