Updating the workflow for Pooled customers who reach out to Support, as discussed https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/support/support-team-meta/-/issues/4887+ Proposing modification because not all Support Engineers have access to create Cases, so to ensure consistency for all Support Engineers when working with these customers.
