Mentioning a workaround to add Google Workspace account into own Android devices.

Why is this change being made?

This MR adds a problem I faced when I tried to add Gitlab Google Workspace account to my own Android device and how to request its workaround.

This was seems previously discussed in this issue. The reason I created this MR is that others may face the same problem and we thought it would be better to describe it in the Handbook.
