Update Analytics Triage Team Members

Jay Stemmer requested to merge master-patch-e005 into master

Why is this change being made?

This change is designed to represent the changes in org structure after the most recent re-org. Jay is now being shifted to the Data Science Job Family, and no longer will be able to help in triaging.

Furthermore, @vagrawalg recently hired two new analysts @dgupta5 @smishra27 who are more than equipped to take over.
