Reflect automated application of ~"Support Team contributions" label

Why is this change being made?

As of gitlab-org/quality/triage-ops!2009 (merged) the ~"Support Team contributions" label is now applied automatically for any direct members of the gitlab-com/support group when opening an MR in a project within gitlab-org.

Author Checklist

• Provided a concise title for this Merge Request (MR)
