Remove Albert as co-facilitator

Albert requested to merge master-patch-6d65 into master

Why is this change being made?

Remove myself as co-facilitator.

With the realignment in Verify, the product category focus on my team Pipeline Security has changed quite significantly.

  • The Code Testing category, which was the main use case for ClickHouse in the group, has been moved to Pipeline Execution and now limited to S1 bugs only.
  • Pipeline Security will be focusing on Secrets Management which is a completely new category to the team and require some ramp up.

Because of these reasons, I’m stepping back as ClickHouse WG facilitator so that I can better align my time with the team’s new focus.
