Fix incorrect secure template names

Adam Cohen requested to merge update-incorrect-secure-template-names into master

Why is this change being made?

This MR fixes incorrect secure template names that were added in Release Post: New License Compliance Scanner (!119232 - merged).

For example, the current release post makes reference to Jobs/Dependency-Scanning.yml, however, this template doesn't exist. See this directory contents for a list of templates that do exist. This MR fixes the incorrect secure templates.
