Revert "Merge branch 'uchetta-master-patch-84059' into 'master'"

Why is this change being made?

Deleting the entry for Group::Organization from the stages.yml removes the group entries from several handbook pages that pull data from there. For instance the features overview. This MR should re-add the entry for Group::Organization so that we can use it as a starting point for the naming changes relating to the merge with Group::Pods.
