Update Joao's projects

Why is this change being made?

As I moved from the Configure group to the Distribution group, I feel like I have to switch my reviewing capacity to Distribution related projects, as the review scope is quite broad in these two groups.

I will only keeps Configure projects that I'm still handing over maintainership, and add projects that are now Distribution related.

Removes

  • k8s-agent-qa: maintainer. All the Configure members are maintainers here.
  • gitlab-agent-chart: maintainer. There are already 2 other maintainers (@tigerwnz and @ash2k).
  • gitlab-chart: reviewer kas. Removes the kas part as now I'll commit to review any chart section.
  • terraform-provider-gitlab: reviewer. I'm not a maintainer here.
  • gitlab-agent: trainee_maintainer. I'm not a maintainer here.
  • auto-deploy-image: trainee_maintainer. I'm not a maintainer here.

Adds

  • gitlab-chart: reviewer
  • omnibus-gitlab: reviewer
  • gitlab-omnibus-builder: reviewer
  • cng: reviewer
  • gitlab-operator: reviewer

After I finish my onboarding, and my Configure maintainership handover, I'll start choosing some Distribution projects to become trainee_maintainer.
