Transfer of partner visa to a highly skilled migrant visa

Why is this change being made?

Hi @ameeks I clarified this process for us and didn't specify if this should get handled by specialists or leads, since it's straight forward and we rarely ever receive requests. I'm thinking anyone of us can pick this up from the service desk during our rotation?

The current HR Savvy fee is € 495,- and the IND fee is € 350,-. which can change until we receive the next request.
