Update the total number of segments allowed under Parental leave
Why is this change being made?
GitLab continues to support team members in welcoming new children into their families either via birth or adoption, but GitLab's Parental Leave policy was not clear on how many segments of Parental Leave can be used. To improve business continuity as well as clarify the policy language, I've added verbiage clarifying the number of segments a team member can now take under GitLab's Parental Leave policy. GitLab's Parental Leave policy will continue to run concurrently with any country specify statutory requirement(s), and will continue to follow the laws that govern these policies. My recommendation would be that this is a go-forward process for any team member that has not yet applied for Parental Leave, and continue to allow those currently on leave the ability to segment their leave as already requested.
