Why is this change being made?

Update Adobe Marketo Measure page:

  • Remove mention of other attribution models GitLab does not use
  • rewrite some parts to match the voice of the handbook
  • Remove mention of IACV
  • Remove calculation of linear attribution
  • Reorder the page to new terms are introduced in order
  • Add a general explainer of what Bizible does at the top
  • Combine Generation & Mapping Tables
  • Remove Sales Activity Tracking in AMM section - We are not doing this and are going to remove IQMs
  • Remove IQM from rules
  • Remove customers.gitlab.com from rules
  • Add an explainer for Channel and Subchannel
  • Add catch All Channel Types
