Deleting values check in handbook page

Why is this change being made?

This MR is deleting the values check in handbook page due to a change in the existing process / survey being sent to team members

@ameeks for review and merging if okay to proceed. Let me know if this should not be deleted and instead if the wording needs to be adjusted in line with new changes regarding the new survey 😄
