Update Leaves page

Why is this change being made?

The Pay Chart was confusing team members when it came to FMLA and Family Care. Most States do not offer paid leave for family care, but the previous chart made it seem like team members could apply STD to family members, and they can't. I've updated the chart to explain how payments will be processed while a team member is away from work to care for a family member.

The Leaves alias has also begun to receive quite a bit of Spam, so whenever I find the full Leaves@ alias listed I've been updating it to leaves@domain instead.
