Why is this change being made?

As this changes relate to this MR, I've added the video instructions to show how to create an SFDC activity.

Additionally, I wanted to clarify Teri's role is to populate the initial reports with today's participants and moving forward the Channel Partner Program DRI will ensure the info is updated when a new partner is enrolled to a program.
