Add Enablement stakeholders to AI WG

Why is this change being made?

Adds joshlambert and @cdu1 as a representative from Enablement. This will be helpful for a few reasons:

1. How and when we deliver ML solutions to self-managed & SaaS
2. Awareness of process as we will likely be using ML for Global Search once we finish Zoekt
