Add team member @achueshev to the AI working group

Why is this change being made?

This MR adds a team member (@achueshev) to the AI working group as an ML Engineering representative. As an ML Engineering representative.

My goal (@achueshev) is to help the group accelerate AI prototyping by providing ML infrastructure, discussing ideas and creating their MVPs with a focus on dogfooding, and sharing the knowledge we've already gathered in the AI Assssited group.
