Clarify support responsibility for log requests

Why is this change being made?

Reinforce that Support must not provide logs to customers which contain PII data such as individual IP addresses. In response to a recent case where a Support Engineer (me) misinterpreted current documentation and provided a detailed log including IP addresses to a customer in response to a security incident, rather than following the correct SIRT-led process. It is hoped these minor changes will prevent any similar events occurring in the future.
