Updated Security Awards information

Why is this change being made?

Security leadership has decided to pause the Security Awards programme for now, as AppSec don't have the resources to keep it running. I have kept the previous leaderboards in place for in case they are needed for historical reasons. If/when we revive the programme we can go back in git history to grab this information again.

Author Checklist

• Provided a concise title for this Merge Request (MR)
• Added a description to this MR explaining the reasons for the proposed change, per say why, not just what
  • Copy/paste the Slack conversation to document it for later, or upload screenshots. Verify that no confidential data is added, and the content is SAFE
