Add data export to workflows

Why is this change being made?

We recently added data exports (rights to portability) as a request type to the Personal Data Request form. The user will receive an auto-response directing them to the steps to export their projects. If they run into issues, they can reply to that auto-response with more details.

This MR seeks to guide Support on how to address this request type if the user hits issues.
