Dual interview process: Recruiter guidelines

Why is this change being made?

I submitted a similar MR to update the candidate page with guidelines on what to expect when you apply for multiple roles, so I am also updating the recruiter guidelines with the same process.

This is being proposed in accordance with the value transparency in order to give clear expectations to both candidates and recruiters when applying to and going through multiple interview processes at the same time.

Jess Dallmar and I have discussed this topic, the current process is not clear or documented.

Author Checklist

  • Provided a concise title for this Merge Request (MR)
  • Added a description to this MR explaining the reasons for the proposed change, per say why, not just what
