GitLab Trademark Guidelines - Clarifications on accepted/prohibited use

Sarah McCreesh requested to merge smccreesh-master-patch-77409 into master

Why is this change being made?

This MR proposes minor text changes to GitLab's Trademark Guidelines to clarify what is deemed acceptable use of the GitLab trademarks. Specifically, the updated language provides guidance on how to use the GITLAB mark in a business/brand/service/domain name etc. and explains that it isn't permitted to alter/distort/misappropriate the trademarks by combining with other content.

This updated language will provide clarity to those interested in making use of the GITLAB trademarks on how to do so in an acceptable/compliant manner.
