Adding note on coworking sessions

Why is this change being made?

From a discussion that took place in gl-retrospectives/verify-stage/pipeline-authoring#35 (comment 1353329943), this MR is intended to create a format around when coworking sessions take place in the team that are optional but support transparency and inclusivity on a as-needed basis.
