Add request to participate in wayne_shadow_program
Why is this change being made?
This is a request to participate in Wayne's shadow program (second time, for 3 days), created according to the handbook page. I put myself on a schedule of `5/23/2023 - 5/25/2023`.
Reasons why I decided to participate in the shadow program:
- participate in more meetings that I didn't get a chance to attend during the first program due to Wayne's busy calendar
- get inspiration for new ideas and solutions that can potentially help with workflow management
- gain new experience/knowledge/feedback from Wayne and his team to grow up
@mray2020 , could you please review this MR following our previous discussion in 1-1? Great thanks
