updating when managers can communicate promos
Why is this change being made?
Updating guidance on when managers can communicate promos to align to "when TR communicates they're fully approved" as opposed to "when effective in Workday". For Q2 effective promos we had approval about 1 week before Workday effective date and gave managers greenlight to communicate, so proposing we post in #team-member-updates as part of team member comms as opposed to waiting until promo effective date.
