NPS/CSAT page overhaul
Why is this change being made?
As per https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/sales-team/field-operations/customer-success-operations/-/issues/2637, we've been getting a lot of questions about how to access NPS and CSAT results. This should clear up any confusion given that the page was originally designed only for CSMs. However, other people on other teams want to learn about and account's CSAT score.
